Richemont seeks an experienced Payroll Administrator in Meyrin, Switzerland to support HR administration and social insurance compliance across luxury Maisons.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage HR administration and employee contact for all administrative matters regarding payroll and social insurance
- Process payroll variables, conduct controls, and monitor social insurance compliance throughout employee lifecycle
- Provide comprehensive support to employees and managers on HR tools and systems
- Participate in HR project management and process improvement initiatives
- Ensure strict adherence to confidentiality and data protection protocols
Qualifications
- Swiss HR certificate (required)
- Fluency in French and English
- Strong expertise in salary administration and payroll management
- Proven experience in HR administration and social insurance management
- High level of discretion and sensitivity to confidentiality and data protection
