Richemont is hiring a Partnerships & Operations Intern in New York — support partnership projects, operations and cross‑brand coordination for the group.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day partnership and operations activities across internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Coordinate project timelines, maintain project trackers and follow up on deliverables to ensure timely execution.
- Prepare materials for meetings, presentations and internal reports; synthesize information into concise briefings.
- Assist with partner onboarding logistics, contractual administration and basic vendor due diligence.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative research to inform partnership proposals and performance analysis.
- Contribute to event or activation planning and on‑site execution when required.
- Document processes, produce standard operating procedures and recommend efficiency improvements.
- Liaise with cross‑functional teams (marketing, legal, finance, retail) to facilitate smooth operational workflows.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a bachelor's or master's programme in business, marketing, operations, or a related discipline.
- Highly organized with demonstrable ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines.
