Richemont seeks a Partner Relations Manager in New York to lead wholesale and retail partnerships and drive commercial performance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Own and develop strategic relationships with wholesale and retail partners, department stores and selected e-commerce platforms in the assigned territory.
- Define and execute partner commercial plans including assortment, pricing, promo strategy, sell-through objectives and inventory cadence.
- Negotiate commercial agreements, distribution terms and promotional calendars in alignment with legal and finance stakeholders.
- Coordinate new product launches and marketing activations with partners, ensuring brand standards and visual merchandising requirements are met.
- Monitor partner performance through sales reporting, KPI analysis and regular business reviews; recommend corrective actions where necessary.
- Work cross-functionally with merchandising, supply chain, marketing and client services to resolve operational issues and optimize partner experience.
- Deliver partner training and enablement for sales teams and ensure adherence to brand governance, retail policies and anti-counterfeiting measures.
- Prepare executive-level reports and presentations that summarize commercial performance, risks and growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, retail management or related discipline.
- Proven track record (typically 4+ years) in partner, account or key‑account management within luxury goods, premium fashion or watches/jewelry.
- Demonstrable experience negotiating commercial terms and managing wholesale or department store relationships.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in sales planning, inventory management and KPI-driven performance review.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and experience producing executive presentations.
- Ability to travel as required for partner meetings and business reviews.
