Richemont Partner Performance Manager in La Chaux-de-Fonds – oversee partner performance and drive strategic improvements.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor partner performance against established KPIs and strategic objectives
- Develop and implement performance improvement initiatives across the partner network
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable feedback to partners
- Identify performance gaps and collaborate with partners to create remediation plans
- Report on partner performance metrics to senior management and stakeholder teams
- Foster strategic partnerships and maintain strong working relationships with key accounts
