Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary, personalized service to high‑net‑worth and walk‑in clients, cultivating long‑term relationships through attentive clienteling.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets while actively promoting current collections and services.
- Operate point‑of‑sale systems, process transactions and ensure accurate cash and stock handling.
- Maintain boutique standards for visual merchandising, presentation and product care in line with maison guidelines.
- Support daily floor operations including stock replenishment, inventory checks and receiving deliveries.
- Participate in store meetings, product and clienteling training, and contribute to a professional team environment.
Qualifications
- Right to work in the UK and availability to work three days per week, including weekends and late shifts as required.
- Proven experience in luxury retail or premium customer‑facing roles (typically 1+ years preferred).
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, polished presentation and a client‑centric mindset appropriate to high‑end luxury.
- Basic numeracy and experience with cash handling and POS procedures.
- Fluent spoken English; additional languages are advantageous.

Preferably one year or more of direct experience in luxury retail or premium-brand sales, with demonstrable performance against sales KPIs and experience in client relationship management.
Education
