Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end organisation design and transformation projects across corporate functions and maisons, from diagnostic through implementation.
- Map and redesign business processes, governance and operating models to improve efficiency and cross‑functional collaboration.
- Define project scope, plans, milestones and KPIs; manage budgets, resource allocation and programme risk.
- Engage and influence senior stakeholders and business leaders to secure alignment and sponsorship for change initiatives.
- Coordinate cross-functional workstreams with HR, Finance, Legal and IT to ensure integrated delivery.
- Design and oversee change-management activities including communications, training, and stakeholder engagement.
- Establish project governance and reporting cadence; produce executive-ready presentations and status updates.
- Support adoption with measurement frameworks and post-implementation reviews to capture benefits and lessons learned.
Qualifications
- University degree in business administration, management, organisational psychology, engineering or equivalent.
- Formal project management certification preferred (PMP, Prince2 or equivalent).
- Demonstrable knowledge of organisation design and change-management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Lean Six Sigma).
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills; strong financial acumen for benefit quantification.
- Fluent English; proficiency in French or another European language is advantageous.
