Richemont — Shelton, CT: Temporary Ops Excellence Power Apps Developer role to design and deploy Power Platform solutions for operational optimisation.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Design, build and deploy Microsoft Power Apps (canvas and model-driven) to automate and optimise operational processes for Ops Excellence initiatives.
  • Author and maintain Power Automate flows and Dataverse solutions to integrate Power Apps with enterprise systems and data sources.
  • Collaborate with operational stakeholders and subject-matter experts to gather requirements, map processes and translate business needs into technical specifications.
  • Implement application lifecycle practices (ALM), testing, release management and documentation for Power Platform solutions.
  • Troubleshoot, support and iterate on deployed applications; deliver user training and handover documentation for smooth transition at contract end.
  • Contribute to process improvement, governance and best practices for the wider Power Platform community within the organisation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven track record of delivering Power Apps and Power Platform solutions in an enterprise environment.
  • Familiarity with Dataverse, Power Automate, connectors and integration patterns; experience with SharePoint and Azure integrations preferred.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with experience translating operational requirements into technical solutions.
  • Microsoft Power Platform certification(s) (e.g., Power Platform App Maker, Power Platform Developer) preferred.
