Role & Responsibilities
- Design, build and deploy Microsoft Power Apps (canvas and model-driven) to automate and optimise operational processes for Ops Excellence initiatives.
- Author and maintain Power Automate flows and Dataverse solutions to integrate Power Apps with enterprise systems and data sources.
- Collaborate with operational stakeholders and subject-matter experts to gather requirements, map processes and translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Implement application lifecycle practices (ALM), testing, release management and documentation for Power Platform solutions.
- Troubleshoot, support and iterate on deployed applications; deliver user training and handover documentation for smooth transition at contract end.
- Contribute to process improvement, governance and best practices for the wider Power Platform community within the organisation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven track record of delivering Power Apps and Power Platform solutions in an enterprise environment.
- Familiarity with Dataverse, Power Automate, connectors and integration patterns; experience with SharePoint and Azure integrations preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience translating operational requirements into technical solutions.
- Microsoft Power Platform certification(s) (e.g., Power Platform App Maker, Power Platform Developer) preferred.

Mid-level developer with approximately 3+ years of hands-on experience building and supporting Microsoft Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps and Power Automate, ideally within a complex enterprise or retail/operational environment.
Education
