Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate store team to maintain collaboration across stores and with business partners, serving as a role model for client-centric leadership
- Maintain inventory management standards and ensure ongoing accuracy of stock, organizing all stockrooms with efficient systems
- Prioritize stockroom safety and compliance, creating a professional environment for employees and vendors
- Manage store logistics including stock deliveries from central warehouse, domestic and international transfers, and commercial activity stock issuance
- Oversee delivery operations, preparing and replenishing stock quickly and accurately while respecting deadlines
- Guarantee returns, shop-to-shop transfers, and logistical activities meet established timelines and quality standards
- Optimize stockroom and sales floor preshow/understock space to ensure merchandise accessibility and seamless client experience
- Check quality and conformity of all products delivered to the store
- Maintain store supplies order management and contribute to controlling operating expenses
- Monitor store maintenance and manage stationery, uniforms, and kitchen supplies
- Follow internal audit guidelines, company policies, and procedures
- Develop and maintain highest brand and product knowledge
- Ensure right products are available on sales floor to improve store efficiency and maximize client experience
Qualifications
- 5+ years' experience in retail sales and operations
- 2+ years' management or supervisory experience
- Experience in the luxury retail sector with high affinity for luxury products
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and follow-through competencies
- Strong organization, task-management, and logistics skill set
- Competent computer skills including SAP, Excel, and Word
- Ability to sit and stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 20 lb boxes

Experience
5+ years in retail sales and operations, with at least 2+ years in a management or supervisory capacity. Ideally rooted in the luxury retail sector with demonstrated affinity for premium products and heritage brands.
