Richemont Operations Supervisor in New York—oversee boutique operations, inventory, and team leadership in luxury retail. $30–$32/hr.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the operations team, fostering collaboration within the store, between locations, and with business partners to maintain a high-performing environment
  • Participate actively in daily store briefings and contribute to achieving overall store objectives as a member of the leadership team
  • Uphold inventory management standards and ensure ongoing accuracy of stock through systematic monitoring and control
  • Maintain all stock inventory in pristine condition, ensuring efficient organization of stockrooms for both products and packaging
  • Prioritize stockroom safety and compliance, creating a professional environment for employees and vendors
  • Optimize stockroom and sales floor preshow/understock space to maximize merchandise accessibility and enhance the client experience
  • Verify quality and conformity of all incoming product deliveries
  • Oversee and ensure permanent accuracy of in-store inventory through weekly and monthly cycle counts and reconciliation processes
  • Manage delivery operations, including preparation and rapid, accurate stock replenishment
  • Execute returns, shop-to-shop transfers, and logistical activities in compliance with established deadlines
  • Collaborate with supply chain partners to improve product availability and fulfill client needs through strategic product requests
  • Ensure client repair and refurbishment services are completed on schedule to support exceptional customer service
  • Manage store supplies ordering to optimize operating expenses
  • Monitor store maintenance and oversee inventory of stationery, uniforms, and kitchen supplies
  • Adhere to internal audit guidelines, company policies, and all procedures

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in retail sales and operations
  • Minimum 2+ years of management or supervisory experience
  • Experience in the luxury retail sector with demonstrated affinity for luxury products
  • Strong interpersonal and communication competencies with excellent follow-through
  • Outstanding organizational, task-management, and logistics capabilities
  • Proficiency with SAP, Excel, and Word
  • Physical ability to sit and stand for extended periods
  • Capacity to lift boxes weighing up to 20 pounds regularly
