ALAÏA Operations Supervisor in Las Vegas—oversee inventory, supply chain, and team leadership for luxury retail operations at Richemont.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and empower a client-centric team environment, modeling excellence and fostering collaboration across store, inter-store, and business partner relationships
- Oversee inventory management standards, ensuring organized and efficient stockroom operations with ongoing accuracy of stock and product conditions
- Manage store logistics including central warehouse deliveries, domestic and international stock transfers, and commercial activities such as consignments and trunk shows
- Maintain stockroom safety and compliance, creating a professional environment whilst ensuring merchandise is logically organized and easily accessible
- Coordinate delivery operations, preparing and replenishing stock accurately and efficiently whilst managing returns, transfers, and deadline adherence
- Monitor product availability by partnering with supply chain teams and managing client requests to optimize stock levels
- Ensure client repairs and refurbishment services are delivered on schedule to enhance customer satisfaction
- Maintain store supplies ordering, stationery, uniforms, and kitchen supplies whilst contributing to operational expense management
- Develop and maintain superior brand and product knowledge, ensuring the right products are available on the sales floor to maximize client experience
- Follow internal audit guidelines, company policies, and compliance procedures whilst monitoring store maintenance standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in retail sales and operations
- 2+ years of management or supervisory experience
- Experience in the luxury retail sector with demonstrated affinity for luxury products
- Strong interpersonal and communication competencies
- Proficient organization, task management, and logistics skill set
- Competent computer skills including SAP, Excel, and Word
- Ability to sit and stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift boxes up to 20 pounds
Skills
Experience
5+ years in retail sales and operations with 2+ years in a management or supervisory capacity, preferably within the luxury retail sector.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail or operations certifications are advantageous.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 26 to USD 30 per hour.
