Richemont Operations Supervisor – Evening Shift in Grand Prairie, TX. Oversee distribution center operations and lead warehouse team on 2:30pm–11pm schedule.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Organize and assign daily work to meet operational demands and target objectives; analyze productivity and quality results to identify improvement opportunities and corrective actions
  • Enforce workplace safety protocols and compliance with incident reporting procedures, ensuring adherence to PPE usage, proper housekeeping, and equipment handling standards
  • Provide training and coaching to team members to foster professional development, engagement, and retention within the operations team
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Kaizen, and Six Sigma methodologies; lead root cause analysis within assigned operational areas
  • Create and conduct annual associate performance evaluations; coach staff on company policies and procedures to ensure full compliance
  • Utilize SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) tools, reporting dashboards, and forecasting data to optimize facility operations and facilitate daily shift meetings

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
  • Previous leadership experience in warehouse or distribution center operations
  • Proficient user of SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) tools and working knowledge of SAP
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Skype, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ability to export, format, and manipulate documents from SAP and reporting tools
  • Fluent professional English communication, both verbal and written
  • Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to communicate professionally, maintain confidentiality, and sustain a respectful workplace
  • Ability to work flexible schedules and adapt to changing business needs
