Role & Responsibilities

• Organize and assign daily work to meet operational demands and target objectives across inbound, outbound, returns, ecommerce, and spare parts functions
• Analyze productivity and quality metrics using reporting tools, dashboards, and forecasts to identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective action
• Develop, implement, and supervise quality control procedures to ensure consistent execution and maintain operational excellence standards
• Enforce workplace safety protocols and compliance with incident reporting procedures, including PPE usage and proper equipment handling
• Provide coaching, training, and guidance to direct reports to support professional development and foster team engagement
• Conduct annual performance evaluations and ensure adherence to company policies across the team
• Lead root cause analysis initiatives within assigned operational areas and champion problem-solving efforts
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Kaizen, and Six Sigma methodologies to optimize facility operations

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Skype, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Proficient in SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) and working knowledge of SAP
• Fluent English communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong interpersonal and professional communication abilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects independently
• Ability to work flexible schedules as business needs dictate

Experience

Previous supervisory experience in warehouse, distribution, or fulfillment operations is required, with demonstrated ability to manage teams, analyze operational metrics, and implement process improvements.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred. Additional training or certifications in operations management or lean/Six Sigma methodologies are advantageous.
