Richemont seeks an Operations Manager in Toronto to drive efficiency and operational excellence across its luxury portfolio.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and luxury service standards
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer experience
- Lead, mentor, and manage operational teams, including hiring, training, performance management, and professional development
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports for senior management on operational metrics
- Manage inventory, procurement, and vendor relationships to maintain optimal stock levels and service quality
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement data-driven solutions to enhance workflow and productivity
Qualifications
- 10+ years of operations management experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or premium consumer goods
- Proven leadership experience managing multi-disciplinary teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in performance metrics and KPI analysis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to influence across organizational levels
- Advanced proficiency in enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and business intelligence tools

Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline. An MBA or equivalent advanced business qualification is preferred.
