Richemont seeks an Operations Manager in Palm Beach to lead boutique operations and elevate client service standards.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily boutique operations in Palm Beach to ensure flawless delivery of luxury service standards and brand guidelines.
  • Manage staffing: recruitment support, scheduling, performance management and day-to-day leadership of sales and operations teams.
  • Own inventory control, stock replenishment and stocktake processes; liaise with regional logistics and supply-chain teams to maintain availability and accuracy.
  • Lead cash management, POS reconciliations and safe procedures while enforcing internal controls and loss-prevention measures.
  • Drive commercial KPIs through sales support, clienteling initiatives and close collaboration with the sales team and CRM.
  • Implement visual merchandising standards and ensure the boutique environment consistently reflects maison presentation guidelines.
  • Coordinate training programs for product knowledge, client service and compliance topics; mentor junior staff to develop skills and retention.
  • Partner with regional management, wholesale and after-sales teams to escalate operational issues and execute local initiatives and events.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership in luxury retail operations, with a track record of driving service excellence and operational discipline.
  • Demonstrable experience managing inventory control, cash handling procedures and loss-prevention processes.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience monitoring and improving KPIs and sales performance.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to coach a diverse team and uphold high standards of client service.
  • Knowledge of watches and/or high jewellery strongly preferred.
