Richemont seeks an Operations Manager in Orlando to oversee boutique operations, inventory and logistics for its luxury maisons.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations for Richemont's retail presence in the Orlando area, ensuring consistent application of brand standards and exceptional client service.
  • Manage inventory lifecycle activities including receipt, stock control, cycle counts and shrink prevention to optimise availability and minimise losses.
  • Coordinate logistics and vendor relationships — from inbound shipments to internal transfers and after‑sales workflows — to maintain seamless supply flows.
  • Develop and monitor operational KPIs (sales per sq. ft., stock turn, conversion, shrinkage) and deliver regular performance reporting to regional leadership.
  • Lead workforce planning: create schedules, allocate labour against demand, coach store managers and ensure workforce compliance with corporate policies.
  • Execute retail projects and openings/refreshes in collaboration with visual merchandising, facilities and brand teams; ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
  • Drive compliance with company policies, local regulations and luxury retail security protocols, including loss-prevention programmes and audit readiness.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between boutiques and headquarters for operational escalations, process improvements and system rollouts.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in retail operations or logistics, with at least 2 years in a people-management or supervisory role, preferably within luxury goods.
  • Proven track record of delivering operational improvements, managing inventory and controlling shrink in a premium retail environment.
  • Strong leadership and coaching capability with experience developing managers and frontline teams to deliver elevated client experiences.
  • Demonstrable commercial acumen, comfortable working to targets and interpreting P&L and KPI data to drive decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to engage cross-functional stakeholders and represent the brand professionally with external partners.
