Richemont seeks an Operations Manager in Orlando to lead boutique operations, drive KPIs and ensure exceptional client experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day operations for assigned stores/locations in the Orlando area, ensuring consistent application of brand standards and exceptional client service.
- Own local operational P&L targets and translate corporate KPIs into actionable store-level plans.
- Manage inventory control, stock replenishment and shrinkage prevention to optimise sell-through and working capital.
- Recruit, develop and coach store managers and operations staff; build a high-performance, client-focused team.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with merchandising, visual merchandising, client services and retail training to support launches and promotional activity.
- Implement and refine operational processes and SOPs to drive efficiency, compliance and service excellence.
- Oversee vendor relationships and third-party service providers related to store operations, facilities and logistics.
- Monitor performance metrics, prepare regional operational reports and present recommendations to senior management.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in multi-unit retail operations within the luxury sector.
- Demonstrable P&L accountability and experience meeting sales, margin and operational KPIs.
- Strong leadership experience with a focus on coaching, talent development and performance management.
- Excellent organisational skills with experience in inventory management and loss prevention.
- Ability to work collaboratively across functions and to lead change in a matrixed environment.

Experience
Typically requires 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in luxury retail operations or multi-site store management, including proven P&L responsibility and leadership of cross-functional teams.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, Hospitality or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience considered. Advanced degree or industry-specific training is an advantage.
