Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operational activities and staff management at the flagship retail location
- Ensure seamless customer experience and brand standards alignment across all departments
- Manage inventory, stock levels, and supply chain coordination
- Supervise scheduling, training, and performance management of operational teams
- Monitor budget adherence and implement cost-control measures
- Coordinate with visual merchandising and sales teams to maintain store presentation standards
