Operations Manager at Richemont Miami: oversee order fulfillment, financial processing, and customer support. $95K–$100K annual.
Role & Responsibilities
- Accurately enter and process customer orders into the system and process Order Delivery Notes efficiently
- Monitor and follow up on orders to ensure timely shipping and delivery, including managing shipping processes and product allocation
- Conduct financial follow-ups related to orders and accounts, processing customer credits and returns in accordance with company policies
- Handle manual credits, including incentives and other non-product-related adjustments
- Manage communications with concierge services to ensure seamless customer experience and address website requests from end clients
- Conduct research on product availability for both retailers and end clients, and manage customer feedback platforms as required
- Follow up on internal tool tasks and issues, and serve as a liaison for IT-related tickets, ensuring timely resolution
- Utilize data and analytics to monitor performance, identify trends, and make informed decisions
Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of experience in operations, administration, or similar roles
- Experience within the luxury sector is highly advantageous
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, particularly in data entry and financial processing
- Proficiency in order management systems, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving operational challenges
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
