Role & Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the Richemont concession within Selfridges, ensuring alignment with maison standards and department-store partner requirements.
- Lead, coach and schedule a high-performing retail team to deliver exceptional client service and meet commercial targets.
- Own stock control, inventory accuracy and loss-prevention processes across the concession; coordinate receiving, replenishment and cycle counts.
- Drive KPIs including sales, conversion, average transaction value and clienteling metrics; prepare regular performance reports for maison and retail stakeholders.
- Ensure visual merchandising and brand presentation meet corporate guidelines and Selfridges’ store standards.
- Coordinate with maison product, marketing and logistics teams and Selfridges operations to manage events, launches and promotional activity.
- Oversee administrative processes including payroll inputs, staff rotas, compliance, health & safety and concession-specific contracting requirements.
- Implement local initiatives to enhance the client experience and operational efficiency during the 9-month maternity cover period.
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing retail operations in the luxury sector, preferably within a department-store concession model.
- Demonstrable leadership experience with a track record of developing and motivating sales teams.
- Strong commercial acumen and experience delivering against sales and margin targets.
- Excellent organisational skills with experience of inventory management and loss-prevention procedures.
- Fluent English with excellent interpersonal and stakeholder-management abilities.
- Right to work in the UK for the duration of the fixed-term contract.

Experience
Typically 3–5 years of progressive experience in luxury retail operations with prior responsibility for running a concession, department-store space or large boutique. Experience delivering commercial results and managing cross-functional relationships with maison and retail partners is essential.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in business, retail management, hospitality or a related discipline preferred.
