Operations Manager position at Richemont in Dubai – lead operations, supply chain, and team management in luxury retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operational functions and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Manage and coordinate logistics, supply chain, and inventory management activities
- Supervise operations team and provide performance management and professional development
- Monitor key performance indicators and operational metrics to drive efficiency and cost control
