Richemont Operations Intern in Singapore; 6-month placement supporting retail operations across South-east Asia and Oceania.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist with stock management and wholesale invoicing across the South-east Asia and Oceania region
- Support retail excellence initiatives including new analytics tools and boutique operations projects
- Provide reporting and analysis to improve retail performance standards and KPIs
- Collaborate with Merchandising, Commercial, and Logistics teams on operational projects
- Support headquarters project rollouts and customer experience enhancement initiatives
- Maintain collection and pricelist handbooks and documentation
- Identify operational improvement opportunities through analytical work
Qualifications
- Diligent and detail-oriented approach to operations and commercial KPIs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and SAP systems
- Excellent project management and time management capabilities
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across regional teams
Skills
Experience
No specific experience requirement stated; however, familiarity with retail, operations, or luxury goods environments would be advantageous. Academic exposure to business operations, supply chain, or related disciplines is expected.
Education
Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree programme in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related discipline.
