Richemont is hiring an Operations Intern in Mississauga. Support inventory, order processing and operational reporting for the group's Canadian operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day operations activities including order processing, inventory reconciliation and shipment coordination.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate operational reports and dashboards using Excel and other tools to support decision-making.
  • Assist with stock audits, cycle counts and root-cause investigations for discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (warehouse, retail, finance and customer service) to ensure timely resolution of operational issues.
  • Contribute to process-improvement initiatives and ad hoc projects to increase efficiency and control.
  • Document operational procedures and ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s program in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Strong analytical aptitude, meticulous attention to detail and proven numerical accuracy.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Authorized to work in Canada for the duration of the internship.
  • Availability for a multi-month internship (typically 3–6 months); flexibility to occasionally support extended hours during peak periods.

Experience

Previous internship, co-op placement or part-time experience in operations, logistics, retail supply chain or a related area is advantageous but not mandatory. Demonstrable coursework or project work in operations or inventory management will be considered positively.

Enrolled undergraduate student in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related field.
