Operations Intern, Commercial & MarComs role at Cartier Malaysia in Kuala Lumpur. Support luxury retail operations and marketing communications.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day operations of the Commercial Department in coordination with the Commercial team
- Evaluate protocols and processes across boutiques while maintaining adherence to company regulations and health and safety standards
- Participate in meetings and workshops with managers, supervisors, and senior leadership
- Prepare documentation, maintain records, and manage digital program administration
- Compile and deliver monthly reports on competitive market activations
- Assist the Marketing Communications team in event planning and execution, including public relations and client activation activities
- Execute ad hoc operational tasks as assigned
Qualifications
