Role & Responsibilities

• Support daily commercial operations for marketing and communications projects, ensuring timely execution across channels.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (merchandise, retail, e‑commerce, PR) and external vendors to deliver campaigns, events and promotional activities.
• Maintain project trackers, production schedules and asset libraries; update status reports and campaign calendars.
• Prepare briefing documents, presentations and post‑campaign performance summaries for senior stakeholders.
• Assist with logistical tasks for marketing materials, sample management and event logistics, including vendor liaison and quality checks.
• Contribute to basic data collation and KPI reporting to support performance analysis and decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and confidentiality standards in all communications and deliverables.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
• Strong organisational aptitude with proven ability to manage multiple priorities and strict timelines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with professional presentation capability.
• High attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
• Professional discretion and the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional, multicultural teams.

Experience

Prior internships or part‑time experience in commercial operations, marketing, PR or retail environments is desirable but not mandatory; demonstrable involvement in project work, campus initiatives or event coordination will be considered an asset.

Education

Enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
