Richemont Operations Executive (6-month contractor) in Taipei, Taiwan. Support retail boutiques and wholesale partners in luxury jewelry, watches, and accessories operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support product allocation processes and coordinate logistics to ensure timely and accurate delivery across retail and wholesale channels
- Handle daily operational requests from wholesale retailers, including strap exchanges, warranty card applications, and spare parts replenishment
- Address boutique operational needs including product requests, spare parts coordination, and IT ticketing system issue reporting
- Respond to product information inquiries and support customer service requests to maintain premium brand standards
- Facilitate communication between retail boutiques, wholesale partners, and internal departments to ensure operational continuity
Qualifications
- Proven experience in operations, retail support, or administrative coordination
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese
- Familiarity with logistics, inventory management, or supply chain processes
- Experience supporting retail or wholesale operations preferred

Experience
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in operations, retail support, administrative coordination, or a related field in the luxury or retail sector.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; additional training in operations, supply chain, or business administration is advantageous.
