Cartier Operations Coordinator in Dallas—manage boutique compliance, inventory, logistics, and transactional support in luxury retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure proper understanding and execution of all Maison policies and procedures within the boutique; champion and influence compliance among the broader team
- Coordinate efficient opening and closing procedures and participate in daily setup and breakdown of boutique as needed
- Ensure proper movement of product in/out of boutique including shipments, transfers, consignments, and internal movements while maintaining quality control and preventing stock losses
- Demonstrate excellent care and proper product handling; follow appropriate packing, shipping, and receiving procedures for high-value creations
- Monitor financial aspects of boutique sales; ensure daily transactions and proper paperwork are submitted to corporate teams timely and accurately
- Support transactional flows including ecommerce to ensure efficient business operations and seamless client experience
- Coordinate inventory control processes including daily/weekly/monthly counts and stock movements to ensure successful annual inventory
- Uphold Cartier standards within the boutique environment including maintenance, third-party vendors, tools, technology, and equipment
- Partner with client-facing teams to manage boutique supply inventory including replenishment needs and optimal storage organization
- Assist with care service responsibilities including client repair flows, execution of reports, and monthly inventory reconciliation
- Support overall success of boutique audits and implement action plans in partnership with management
- Exhibit strong communication and problem-solving skills by partnering effectively with boutique management and peers
- Develop fundamental brand knowledge to convey Cartier heritage and values
- Remain current on industry news, local and global competition, and community connections
- Share operational best practices with region and network peers
- Contribute to a positive and productive boutique environment and collaborate with management to provide ideas and solutions
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous operations experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality industry is a plus
- Excellent computer skills and use of technology
- MS Office experience required; SAP knowledge preferred
- Additional language skills are a plus
- Ability to work retail hours including weekends and travel for trainings as needed
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong understanding of client service needs and priorities (internal and external)
- Strong attention to detail with ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with accuracy and precision
- Frequent moving of packages and product

Experience
Previous operations experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality industry is preferred. Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in managing day-to-day operational processes, handling high-value merchandise, and coordinating multiple transactional flows in a fast-paced retail environment.
Education
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. Additional language skills are a plus.
