Cartier Operations Coordinator in Brussels—manage stock, inventory, and boutique operations for Richemont's luxury maison.
Role & Responsibilities
- Control and manage the quality of all stock movements with no margin for error, including reception and shipping
- Ensure daily protection and correct manipulation of luxury creations and maintain strict stock quality standards
- Prepare creations for display, implement price labeling, and manage price changes
- Manage consignments and all omni-channel orders from a stock management perspective
- Prepare and execute annual counts, cycle counts, and spot counts for finished goods and spare parts
- Manage specialized inventories including certificates, stones, and related materials as requested
- Assist with special projects including boutique transformations, operational improvements, and implementation of new tools
- Ensure strict compliance with Cartier's operational, financial, and security procedures
Qualifications
- Proven operational experience in luxury retail or inventory management
- Expert knowledge of quality control and inventory procedures with high standards of accuracy
- Strong self-organization and discipline with exceptional attention to detail
- Understanding and compliance with luxury sector security and operational protocols
