Cartier Operations Coordinator position in Boston, Massachusetts — oversee boutique compliance, inventory, and financial operations in luxury retail environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure execution of all Maison policies and procedures within the boutique; champion compliance across the team
- Coordinate efficient opening and closing procedures and daily setup/breakdown of the boutique environment
- Manage proper movement of product in/out of boutique including shipments, transfers, consignments, and internal transfers while maintaining quality control and preventing stock losses
- Monitor financial aspects of boutique sales; ensure daily transactions and paperwork are submitted to corporate teams timely and accurately
- Support transactional flows including ecommerce to ensure efficient business operations and seamless client experience
- Coordinate inventory control processes (daily, weekly, monthly counts and stock movements) to ensure successful annual inventory
- Uphold Cartier standards within the boutique including maintenance, vendor management, tools, technology, and equipment
- Partner with client-facing teams to manage boutique supply inventory including replenishment for sales, hospitality, and back-of-house areas; manage ordering and support Lean/5S strategies
- Assist with care service responsibilities including client repair flow execution, reports, and monthly inventory reconciliation
- Support boutique audits and partner with management to implement and execute action plans
- Develop fundamental brand knowledge regarding Cartier heritage and values; remain current on industry news and competition
- Exhibit strong communication and problem-solving skills by partnering effectively with management and peers
- Assist with special projects as needed; consistently reach and exceed all KPIs
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous operations experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality industry is a plus
- Excellent computer skills and proficiency with technology
- MS Office experience required; SAP knowledge preferred
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with accuracy
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong understanding of client service needs and priorities (internal and external)
- Collaborative approach with ability to foster a united work environment

Experience
Previous operations experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality industry is preferred. The ideal candidate demonstrates proficiency in managing day-to-day administrative processes, inventory control, and financial compliance within a fast-paced retail environment.
Education
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
