Richemont Operations Coordinator in Athens, Greece. Administrative and financial support for luxury boutique operations, SAP experience required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the boutique's back-office administrative and financial operations, organizing and maintaining documentation systems, managing invoicing and payment records, coordinating daily closings, processing bank transfers and refunds including for diplomatic clients, and handling Red Light and Return cases in compliance with Group Internal Control System (ICS) requirements
- Manage purchase orders and vendor master data within SAP, creating and modifying POs as required, and opening/monitoring support tickets related to internal systems
- Execute compliance activities including client and company information verification for invoice issuance, managing electronic invoice delivery, preparing proforma invoices, and supporting export sales administration including shipping documentation and delivery arrangements
- Support month-end closing activities and account reconciliations; monitor and clear open balances related to refunds; conduct periodic reviews of deposits and reservation balances to ensure accuracy
- Assist with petty cash management and reconciliation; support inventory-related administrative tasks including stock counts, transfers, and receiving documentation
- Collaborate with sales and retail teams to ensure smooth administrative support for client transactions and after-sales processes
- Provide general administrative support to the Boutique Manager and broader team, contributing to efficient daily boutique operations
Qualifications
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within retail or luxury industry
- Solid understanding of administrative and financial processes
- Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills
- Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to collaborate across departments
- Good command of English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
- High level of discretion and integrity when handling confidential financial and client information

Experience
Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within the retail or luxury sector. Demonstrated proficiency with financial and administrative processes, enterprise resource planning systems, and documented success managing multiple priorities in a professional environment.
