Richemont Operations Associate – Weekend Shift role in Grand Prairie, TX. Warehouse, picking, packing, and inventory operations for luxury goods.
Role & Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, merge, and process orders with accuracy and timeliness
- Receive and load/unload merchandise from trailers; scan and verify product accuracy
- Rebag, remark, replenish, and stock merchandise as assigned
- Build pallets, apply labels, and arrange merchandise according to location specifications
- Maintain designated work areas in a clean and safe condition; ensure equipment is properly maintained
- Adhere to all company policies, departmental procedures, and Richemont safety guidelines
- Perform standing and walking tasks throughout 8–12 hour shifts while meeting performance targets in non-climate-controlled facilities
- Execute climbing, bending, twisting, reaching, lifting, pulling, and pushing tasks as required
- Handle merchandise weighing up to 30 pounds regularly and heavier items occasionally with assistance
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Fluent in English (reading, speaking, writing)
- Entry-level warehouse and/or production environment experience
- Proficiency with desktop computers and Handheld Radio Frequency (RF) devices
- Ability to perform basic mathematical computations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
- Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to follow instructions consistently and accurately
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills; effective collaboration with associates, managers, and supervisors
- Reliability and flexibility with scheduled shift attendance; commitment to punctuality

Experience
Entry-level warehouse and production environment experience required; demonstrated ability to work safely with warehouse equipment and to operate without safety infractions.
Education
High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
