Role & Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, merge, and process orders with accuracy and timeliness
• Receive and load/unload merchandise from trailers; scan and verify product accuracy
• Rebag, remark, replenish, and stock merchandise as assigned
• Build pallets, apply labels, and arrange merchandise according to location specifications
• Maintain designated work areas in a clean and safe condition; ensure equipment is properly maintained
• Adhere to all company policies, departmental procedures, and Richemont safety guidelines
• Perform standing and walking tasks throughout 8–12 hour shifts while meeting performance targets in non-climate-controlled facilities
• Execute climbing, bending, twisting, reaching, lifting, pulling, and pushing tasks as required
• Handle merchandise weighing up to 30 pounds regularly and heavier items occasionally with assistance

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Fluent in English (reading, speaking, writing)
• Entry-level warehouse and/or production environment experience
• Proficiency with desktop computers and Handheld Radio Frequency (RF) devices
• Ability to perform basic mathematical computations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to follow instructions consistently and accurately
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills; effective collaboration with associates, managers, and supervisors
• Reliability and flexibility with scheduled shift attendance; commitment to punctuality

Skills

Experience

Entry-level warehouse and production environment experience required; demonstrated ability to work safely with warehouse equipment and to operate without safety infractions.

Education

High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
