Richemont seeks a Part‑Time Operations Associate in Scottsdale to manage boutique inventory, receiving and daily operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect and process inbound shipments; verify contents against packing lists and shipping documentation.
- Maintain back‑of‑house organisation and secure storage for high‑value inventory, ensuring traceability and accurate stock location.
- Execute cycle counts and assist with full inventory reconciliations; update inventory records and report discrepancies promptly.
- Prepare client orders and transfers for boutique fulfilment and liaise with retail and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Support daily boutique operations including POS assistance, replenishment, visual merchandising set‑ups and housekeeping of the sales floor.
- Adhere to loss‑prevention, security and jewellery/watch handling protocols; ensure compliance with brand procedures and quality standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail or logistics is a plus.
- Minimum of one year of experience in retail operations, stockroom or warehouse environments; experience with luxury or high‑value merchandise preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and peak retail periods.
- Strong attention to detail, discretion and a demonstrated commitment to secure handling of valuable goods.
- Authorization to work in the United States and willingness to pass standard background and security checks.
Skills
Experience
At least one year of hands‑on experience in retail operations, stockroom or logistics; prior work with luxury goods or high‑value inventory is strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in retail operations, warehousing or logistics is advantageous.
