Richemont hiring Operations Associate for reverse logistics in Grand Prairie, Texas—full-time warehouse role with comprehensive benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and merge orders according to established guidelines
- Rebag, reticket, replenish, and stock merchandise as required
- Load and unload trailers, scan merchandise, build pallets, and apply labels
- Verify accuracy of production and location assignments
- Maintain designated work area clean and in a safe working environment
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines including RNA Safety Guidelines
- Ensure equipment and department supplies are maintained safely
- Perform standing and walking throughout assigned shift while meeting performance targets
- Execute physical tasks including climbing, bending, twisting, reaching, lifting, and pushing
- Move merchandise up to 30 pounds regularly without assistance and heavier items occasionally with support
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Fluent in English (reading, speaking, writing)
- Entry-level warehouse or production work experience
- Basic proficiency with desktop computers and Hand Held Radio Frequency (RF) devices
- Ability to perform basic mathematical computations
- Safe equipment operation without contributing to safety infractions
- Demonstrated attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible schedules with reliable attendance
Skills
Experience
Entry-level warehouse and production work environment experience preferred. Prior experience with picking, packing, shipping, receiving, or inventory management in a logistics or fulfillment setting is advantageous.
Education
High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED) credential required.
