Richemont Operations Associate role in Grand Prairie, TX handling vault and spare parts warehouse operations on evening shift.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Pick, pack, and merge orders with precision and efficiency
  • Rebag, reticked, replenish, and stock merchandise as assigned
  • Load and unload trailers, scan merchandise, build pallets, and apply labels
  • Verify accuracy of production and location; assign product locations as needed
  • Maintain designated work area clean and organized in a safe working environment
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and departmental training guidelines
  • Comply with all RNA Safety Guidelines and equipment protocols
  • Perform standing and walking work throughout 8–12 hour shifts while meeting performance targets in non-climate controlled conditions
  • Lift, push, pull, reach, bend, twist, and perform climbing and stooping movements as required
  • Maintain physical ability to move merchandise weighing up to 30 pounds regularly without assistance

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Fluent in English (reading, speaking, writing)
  • Entry-level warehouse and/or production environment experience
  • Proficiency with desktop computers and Hand Held Radio Frequency (RF) devices
  • Ability to perform basic arithmetic calculations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to perform tasks consistently and accurately
  • Ability to operate equipment safely without contributing to safety infractions
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to follow instructions and learn new procedures
  • Schedule flexibility and reliable attendance

Experience

Entry-level warehouse and/or production work environment experience is required. Candidates should demonstrate practical knowledge of warehouse operations, material handling procedures, and basic logistics functions.
