Richemont operations associate role in Grand Prairie, TX. Evening warehouse position handling luxury merchandise picking, packing, and inventory management.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Pick, pack, and merge customer orders with precision and speed
  • Rebag, rticket, replenish, and stock merchandise as assigned
  • Load and unload trailers; scan merchandise, build pallets, and apply labels
  • Verify accuracy of shipments and product locations; assign inventory locations as needed
  • Maintain designated work area in a clean, safe, and organized manner
  • Adhere to all company policies, RNA Safety Guidelines, and operating procedures
  • Ensure equipment and departmental supplies are maintained safely and in working order
  • Perform sustained standing and walking throughout 8–12 hour shifts while meeting performance targets in non-climate-controlled facilities
  • Execute physical tasks including climbing, bending, twisting, reaching, lifting (up to 30 lbs. regularly; heavier items occasionally with assistance), pulling, and pushing
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to changing operational priorities in a competitive global environment

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Fluency in English (reading, speaking, writing)
  • Entry-level warehouse or production environment experience
  • Basic computer literacy and proficiency with hand-held Radio Frequency (RF) devices
  • Competency in basic mathematics (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
  • Demonstrated ability to operate equipment safely without creating safety infractions
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in task execution
  • Ability to work flexibly and maintain consistent attendance
