Richemont — Operations Associate I in Grand Prairie, TX. Entry-level role supporting inventory, order fulfilment and logistics for luxury goods.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day warehouse and distribution operations including receiving, put-away, picking, packing and shipping of luxury goods in accordance with brand handling protocols.
  • Process inbound/outbound documentation and maintain accurate records for inventory movements, returns and transfers.
  • Execute cycle counts, reconciliations and assist with inventory audits to preserve stock integrity and minimimise discrepancies.
  • Operate RF barcode scanners and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently; prepare parcels with required security and customs paperwork.
  • Collaborate with logistics carriers, internal teams and external suppliers to expedite orders and resolve shipment exceptions.
  • Monitor operational KPIs (accuracy, on-time shipments, throughput) and contribute to continuous-improvement initiatives to streamline workflows.
  • Adhere to loss-prevention, security and brand-protection procedures specific to high-value merchandise.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in logistics, supply chain or a related field preferred.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle high-value products with discretion.
  • Ability to lift and move inventory (typical warehouse lifting standards) and to stand for extended periods.
  • Valid forklift certification preferred but not required.

Experience
