Richemont seeks an Operations Associate I (day shift) in Grand Prairie, USA — entry-level role focused on distribution, inventory and order fulfilment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute day-shift warehouse operations including receiving, inspection, put-away, picking, packing and shipping of luxury merchandise in accordance with brand handling standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment and RF scanning devices to accurately process orders and maintain real-time inventory records in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Perform quality inspections and condition checks on inbound and outbound items, ensuring presentation and packaging meet luxury-brand requirements.
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and assist with cycle counts, reconciliations and discrepancy investigations.
- Follow security protocols and chain-of-custody procedures for high-value goods, escalating discrepancies or incidents promptly.
- Prepare and stage shipments for carriers, complete required documentation and support returns and repairs workflows as directed.
- Contribute to a safe, organized and compliant workplace by adhering to health & safety guidelines and participating in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with logistics, quality assurance and retail teams to meet service-level targets and seasonal volumes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Attention to detail and demonstrated ability to handle high-value merchandise with discretion.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, lifting and repetitive movements for a day shift schedule.
- Willingness to work a structured day shift and occasional overtime during peak periods.
- Forklift certification and previous experience with RF scanning devices preferred but not required.

Experience
Entry-level role; 0–2 years of experience in warehouse, distribution or retail operations preferred. Prior exposure to handling premium or high-value merchandise is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
