Richemont seeks an Operations Associate at Hyundai Main Store, Seoul to support store logistics, inventory and retail operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations at the Hyundai Main Store, ensuring flawless execution of inventory receipt, stock replenishment and back‑of‑house logistics.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with internal warehouses, external carriers and department store operations to maintain stock accuracy and availability.
- Maintain inventory records, perform cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies with point‑of‑sale and ERP reports.
- Provide operational support to sales teams, including merchandising set‑ups, sample management and timely provision of product information.
- Prepare and deliver regular operational reports, escalations and documentation to regional operations managers and brand stakeholders.
- Liaise with Hyundai department store personnel to uphold visual and service standards, access control, and compliance with store policies.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to streamline handling, storage and reporting workflows.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail operations, stock management or logistics within luxury or premium retail environments (typically 1–3 years preferred).
- Strong organizational ability with meticulous attention to inventory accuracy and administrative detail.
- Ability to operate effectively within a fast‑paced, client‑facing store and to coordinate across multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Professional communication skills and the ability to represent a luxury maison in interactions with department store partners.
