Van Cleef & Arpels Operations Associate role in Busan. Support boutique sales team with inventory, administrative tasks, and workflow coordination.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute inventory movements (incoming stock and transfers) and maintain accurate storage protocols including safe custody, stock counts, and specification documentation
- Prepare administrative reports and documentation including reservations, consignments, inventory records, traffic reports, invoices, and archives
- Serve as liaison between sales associates and workshop for repair processes, customer service activities, and spare parts inventory management
- Collaborate closely with the sales team and contribute positively to daily boutique operations and teamwork
- Develop and deliver training initiatives via group sessions and digital learning platforms to enhance colleague knowledge of back office functions and personal skills development
