Watchfinder & Co. US Operations Assistant role in Fort Worth, Texas—warehouse logistics, inventory management, and product photography for pre-owned luxury watches.
Role & Responsibilities
- Receive and verify incoming packages for accuracy and condition
- Unpack and pack parcels according to company standards
- Pick and file product and boxes within the logistics facility
- Photograph pre-owned watches for online catalogue publication
- Assist with inventory control processes including daily, weekly, and monthly stock counts and reconciliations
- Maintain and update inventory records for presentation boxes using Microsoft Excel
- Coordinate stock movements between logistics and servicing operations, both systematic and physical
- Dispatch watches and support Service & Logistics Coordinators as required
Qualifications
- Ability to follow established processes and procedures with precision
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Keen attention to detail and quality control mindset
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel preferred
- Physical capability to work on feet for full 8-hour shifts
- Basic understanding of inventory management concepts
