Van Cleef & Arpels seeks an Operations & Distribution Manager in Tokyo, Japan to lead supply chain strategy and team performance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Proactively pursue operational excellence in import/export, order management, and indirect items management to ensure high service standards
- Manage and optimize end-to-end logistics and supply chain flows in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Implement new logistics capabilities and supply chain solutions aligned with business strategy
- Actively participate in and represent Operations & Distribution in cross-functional projects
- Build, lead, and develop a strong, resilient, and high-performing team while fostering a collaborative and positive work environment
Qualifications
- Proven experience in supply chain, order management, import/export, and indirect items management
- Advanced proficiency in SAP or similar ERP platforms
- Advanced Excel skills and strong computer proficiency
- Excellent planning and analytical capabilities
- Fluent interpersonal communication skills in both English and Japanese
