Van Cleef & Arpels Operations and Distribution Coordinator position in Tokyo, Japan. Supply chain and logistics support role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support local implementation of POS Material projects
- Coordinate all export processes and execute product transfer requests
- Manage client orders including product feasibility assessment, lead time estimation, and delivery coordination
- Provide support to Order Management and SAP Master Data Management operations
- Develop collaborative partnerships with Local Marketing, Retail, E-commerce teams and Japan and Central Logistics Teams
Qualifications
- Prior experience in Supply Chain, Sales Administration, or Logistics, preferably in luxury retail
- Strong team player with excellent spoken and written communication skills
- Business fluency in both Japanese and English
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and handle urgent situations effectively
- Goal-oriented with autonomous work capability and ability to meet deadlines

Prior experience in Supply Chain, Sales Administration, or Logistics field, preferably in a luxury retail business environment.
