Richemont seeks an Operational Quality Manager in Buttes, Switzerland to oversee manufacturing excellence and product conformity.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deploy and monitor quality methods and tools across the Manufacture in accordance with established standards
  • Pilot and facilitate problem-resolution sessions at the EAP level, addressing root causes collaboratively
  • Manage internal and external non-conformity processing, ensuring comprehensive tracking and resolution
  • Initiate stock and work-in-progress safeguarding protocols, overseeing quarantine and traceability of non-conforming components
  • Monitor non-quality costs in partnership with production teams
  • Serve as the quality reference point for new product projects, working alongside product project managers
  • Lead cross-functional reliability initiatives and support production teams in manufacturing process quality mastery
  • Trigger and facilitate client and supplier audits

Qualifications

  • Engineering degree (HES, EPFL, or equivalent)
  • Master's in Quality Management or equivalent credential
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in quality within an industrial sector
  • Proficiency in quality methods and tools, standard control measures, and blueprint interpretation
  • Advanced knowledge of statistical analysis
  • Expertise in standard software tools, quality management systems, and statistical analysis software
  • Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities with meticulous attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively across teams with cross-functional management experience

Experience
