Cartier Paris seeks a Project Manager for Operational Excellence internship—6 months, organizational excellence in jewelry manufacturing.
Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct on-site diagnostics of assigned operational scope and develop comprehensive deployment plans
- Participate in governance forums and provide coaching to teams on operational best practices
- Implement performance levers including operational standards, field assessments, and problem-solving methodologies
- Support organizational change management across multiple manufacturing sites
- Prepare framing documents and lead working groups and collaborative workshops
- Distribute synthesis reports and track action plans for strategic projects
- Lead autonomous continuous improvement projects within workshop environments
- Organize and participate in project monitoring rituals including steering committees and quarterly progress reviews
- Prepare and present monthly performance indicators to leadership
- Support transformation oversight in creating and animating the cross-functional Progress Plan
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a business school or engineering school program
- Pursuing or completing a final-year internship
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Demonstrated autonomy and organizational rigor
Skills
Experience
Final-year student or equivalent in a business or engineering program; prior internship experience in project management, operations, or process improvement is advantageous.
Education
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree from a business school (Grandes Écoles de Commerce) or engineering school (Grandes Écoles d'Ingénieur); graduation expected during or shortly after the internship period.
