Cartier (Richemont) seeks Operational Excellence Intern in Villars-sur-Glâne, Switzerland to support Supply Chain Process Improvement using Celonis.
Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct deep-dive analysis of Cartier's end-to-end Supply Chain Execution processes to identify optimization opportunities
- Develop, maintain, and improve Celonis process mining assets to ensure accurate data representation and business value
- Drive and animate the Celonis user community to foster technology adoption and surface new business requirements
- Create comprehensive training content and educational materials to support team capability building
- Monitor Celonis release notes and industry best practices to evaluate new features and enhancements
- Present actionable insights and recommendations to the team based on emerging technology capabilities
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Proficiency in French and English with ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Demonstrated interest in process optimization, technology adoption, or operational excellence
Skills
Experience
Prior exposure to Celonis, PowerBI, SQL, or process mapping is advantageous but not mandatory. The ideal candidate demonstrates a natural curiosity for technology platforms, particularly low-code/no-code environments, combined with a willingness to rapidly acquire new technical competencies.
Education
Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a closely related discipline.
