Richemont Operational Excellence Intern, Le Locle — support process optimization and continuous improvement in luxury manufacturing.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support operational excellence projects and continuous improvement initiatives
- Assist in process mapping and identification of optimization opportunities
- Contribute to the implementation of lean and efficiency methodologies
- Conduct analysis of operational performance metrics and KPIs
- Participate in cross-functional meetings and project teams
- Document findings and present recommendations to stakeholders
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a business, engineering, or operations-related programme
- Understanding of lean principles, Six Sigma, or operational excellence methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

No specific prior experience required; exposure to process improvement or operations preferred.
