Richemont Operational Excellence Intern position in Le Locle. Support process improvement and operational optimization projects.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support operational excellence initiatives and continuous improvement projects across the organization
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency gains
- Assist in documenting current operational workflows and procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement operational improvements
- Conduct data collection and analysis to support process refinement efforts
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a business, engineering, or operations-related program
- Demonstrable interest in operational excellence, process optimization, or continuous improvement methodologies
- Ability to work collaboratively in a structured team environment
- Strong organizational and analytical mindset
Skills
Experience
Internship or academic experience in operations, business analysis, or related fields preferred.
Education
Current enrollment or recent degree in business administration, industrial engineering, supply chain management, or a related discipline.
