Cartier Operational Excellence Intern in La Chaux-de-Fonds, Switzerland – Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement role spanning watchmaking and jewelry operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Build the operational excellence system by developing reference frameworks, tools, and training modules
- Deploy the operational management system and problem-resolution methodology across manufactures
- Organize, facilitate, and participate in Lean Management projects (5S, SMED, VSM)
- Drive flow optimization activities and waste reduction initiatives
Qualifications
- Engineering degree with a focus on supply chain, industrial engineering, or equivalent
- Strong commitment to continuous improvement methodologies
- Proficiency in data extraction and analysis tools
- Self-directed, organized, and proactive with a solutions-oriented mindset
- Strong team player with ability to collaborate across diverse departments

Experience
Recent graduate or final-year student with demonstrated interest in operational improvement and continuous enhancement methodologies; exposure to manufacturing environments or supply chain processes preferred.
Education
Engineering degree or equivalent qualification, with orientation in supply chain, industrial engineering, or related discipline.
