Richemont seeks a Senior Business Analyst in Moscavide, Portugal to drive enterprise customer services solutions using PEGA, Salesforce, and SAP.
Role & Responsibilities
- Own the complete delivery lifecycle from requirements analysis, functional and technical specification, design, deployment support, and comprehensive documentation for all assigned initiatives
- Proactively evaluate system performance and business processes to identify, design, and recommend system enhancements and optimizations
- Partner with the Tech Team Lead to estimate implementation efforts, define project scope, and formulate scalable delivery strategies aligned with business objectives
- Leverage and enrich internal knowledge bases, technical documentation, and troubleshooting guides with newly resolved issues and best practices
- Stay abreast of market trends and emerging technologies, proposing innovative solutions that enhance product quality standards and drive competitive advantage in the Omni CS domain
- Collaborate closely with developers, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, QA teams, and business stakeholders to optimize operations and support change management initiatives
- Fully participate in all Agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Refinement, Reviews, and Retrospectives) while maintaining meticulous project management tool updates in Jira and ServiceNow
- Analyze, triage, and coordinate the resolution of system bugs and incidents in tandem with internal and external development teams
- Ensure all solutions comply with internal policies, security standards, and local regional legislation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a closely related field
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst, Product Specialist, or Solution Architect within an enterprise environment
- Strong hands-on expertise in customer service domains, specifically end-to-end repair processes, customer service portals and workflows, and case management systems
- Demonstrated proficiency working within highly integrated, complex IT environments with both synchronous and asynchronous integrations
- Expert-level proficiency with Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence, Jira Product Discovery) and test management tools such as Zephyr
- Strong track record of drafting precise, clear functional and technical specifications for development teams
- Hands-on experience testing and consuming APIs using Postman or Kong Insomnia
