Richemont seeks OmniCS Business Analyst/Product Owner in Moscavide to lead omnichannel commerce platform requirements and product strategy.
Role & Responsibilities
- Gather and analyse business requirements from stakeholders across retail, e-commerce, and supply chain functions
- Define and prioritise product backlog items for the OmniCS platform
- Collaborate with software development teams to ensure technical solutions align with business objectives
- Document system specifications and functional requirements
- Conduct user acceptance testing and validate system enhancements
- Monitor key performance indicators and recommend process improvements
- Act as liaison between business units and technical teams
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner in enterprise software environments
- Deep understanding of omnichannel retail operations and commerce systems
- Proficiency in requirements analysis and documentation methodologies
- Experience with agile project management and sprint planning
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
