Van Cleef & Arpels seeks a Digital Content Platform Intern in Paris to support omnichannel digital project coordination and content management for a 6-month full-time internship beginning January 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor and coordinate the publication workflow of jewelry pieces on digital tools, ensuring data accuracy and managing corrections and translations with external agencies
- Assist the team during tool testing phases and participate in quality assurance protocols
- Support the development of training guidelines and documentation for platform users
- Provide end-user support to headquarters departments on Omnichannel Content Platform utilization
- Track and coordinate project timelines across departmental initiatives linked to OCP system enhancements
- Assist in implementing ad hoc projects, particularly monitoring system evolutions and new feature coordination with Web, iPad, and mobile tools
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled as a student with affinity for emerging technologies and digital environments
- Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative working style
- Proactive approach with service-oriented mindset
- Demonstrated organizational rigor and priority management capabilities
- Proficiency in Excel and English
