Richemont in Paris is offering an Observation Internship—short student placement providing exposure to luxury operations and brand teams.
Role & Responsibilities
- Shadow professionals across assigned teams to observe daily workflows, decision-making and customer interactions.
- Attend internal meetings and briefings to gain exposure to cross-functional collaboration and project cycles.
- Provide basic administrative support: scheduling, document preparation and filing under supervision.
- Observe production, retail or corporate processes depending on placement (workshops, boutiques, marketing or logistics).
- Prepare a short written summary or presentation at the end of the placement reflecting learning outcomes and recommendations.
- Adhere to company confidentiality, workplace health and safety rules, and professional standards at all times.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in secondary school, vocational programme (BTS/DUT) or undergraduate studies and seeking a short observation placement.

- Reliable, punctual and able to represent a luxury maison with professionalism.
- Good interpersonal skills and willingness to take direction from supervisors.
